White glove demolition, excavation and underpinning for general contractors, luxury home builders and homeowners across Toronto and the GTA. Quiet crews, sealed dust barriers, floors covered before a single tool comes out.
Clients call it Triple N-D, and it is the number one request we receive. We have spent decades building 30-plus proprietary procedures around exactly that: sealed barriers, covered finishes, quiet methods, a site that gets cleaner as the day goes on. Your neighbours find out you demoed when the reno starts, not before.
Soft interior / Structural / Selective
From a kitchen gut to a full house takedown to condo work where one wall goes and everything beside it stays perfect. Selective means selective: what the drawings keep, we keep.
Site clearing / Dig-outs / Tight access
Dig-outs and site clearing, including the tight-access jobs where a machine cannot reach and careful hands can.
Basement lowering / Foundations
Lower the basement, gain a storey of living space. Dug in sequence, poured in sequence, checked at every stage, so the house above never knows it happened.
We visit the site, look at what is coming out and what is staying, and talk through access, neighbours and timing.
Scope in writing before we book a crew. You know what is included, what is not, and what it costs.
Every finish that stays, floors and stairs included, gets covered and sealed first. This step is not optional and never skipped.
Barriers go up before the first cut and stay sealed until the last bag of debris leaves.
Debris gone, site broom-swept, ready for your trades in the morning. We demo. You reno.
"The demo itself was incredibly fast, efficient - and clean! We've had so many renos done over the years and working with this team has been the best experience so far."
"This includes quoting and initial assessment to the dust-proofing and respect for the living space while on the job. I would highly recommend them for your next project."
"There was care taken to respect our property; the site was always clean and orderly, despite the nature of the underpinning work."
"The team's ability to selectively demolish parts of the condo while preserving others was truly remarkable."
Demo For Your Reno has been at this since 1980, and it runs differently than most demolition outfits. Hiring starts with a day on a crew, not a resume. The company is women-led, pays a living wage, and puts hours back into the city through its Robin Hood Builds program.
