We have spent decades building 30-plus proprietary procedures around exactly that: sealed barriers, covered finishes, quiet methods, a site that gets cleaner as the day goes on. Your neighbours find out you demoed when the reno starts, not before.

Basement lowering / Foundations
Lower the basement, gain a storey of living space. Dug in sequence, poured in sequence, checked at every stage, so the house above never knows it happened.
We visit the site, look at what is coming out and what is staying, and talk through access, neighbours and timing.
Scope in writing before we book a crew. You know what is included, what is not, and what it costs.
Every finish that stays, floors and stairs included, gets covered and sealed first. This step is not optional and never skipped.
Barriers go up before the first cut and stay sealed until the last bag of debris leaves.
